A new signing to Annex, Vanessa Caswill focuses her filmmaking through an acute and original sense of female perspectives. Vanessa recently won the 4Talent award for her latest short film 'Pudding Bowl', marking her as one of the hottest young talents of 2008. ‘Pudding Bowl’ film has been selected and screened at numerous international film festivals as well as earning her a Best Visual Film award and a Film Of The Night award at the Limelight Film and Arts Awards 2008. Since then she has also shot an inspirational fragrance video with Creamer and Lloyd for Unilever and made a super8 short for this years straight8 festival which is being screened at the Curzon, Mayfair this summer.
