Annex Films South African directors Keith Rose and Adrian de sa Garces from Velocity, Annex Films' South African partner received a nice bit of press in the Dec issue of Shots magazine - South Africa special and accompanying DVD. Adrian de sa Garces, a relative new comer to the scene has been honing his skills shooting amusing visual performance spots for Chicken Licken and Vodacom which are featured on the DVD whilst this years Cannes 'Film Craft Jury Chairman' and 'Shots Awards' judge Keith Rose gained coverage for his Telkom 8.ta 'Emoticon Boy and Allan Gray 'Time Flies' commercials.
In September this year Velocity was awarded Number One Production Company in South Africa at the Loerie's with a total of 13 awards including a Grand Prix for Keith's Allan Gray 'Legend' and Gold for Direction & Cinematography.
